You may return goods at any time up to 30 days after purchase and will receive a full refund.
Privacy..
We will not divuldge your details to any other person. Your name and address are held in our shopping cart for 8 weeks at which time they are automatically deleted. If you order at our website we do not get to see your card details – the transaction takes place on Sagepay’s secure pages and Sagepay send us an email to tell us you have paid for your order. If you order by telephone your card details are shredded as soon as payment has been taken.
Delivery..
We use Royal Mail’s first class post. Prints are sent out either on the day you order or on the next working day. Bone china items are made to order: glazing takes 24 hours and orders are dispatched in 2-3 working days.
