Our mugs are bone china. Your coat of arms is glazed either onto both sides of the mug, or on one side with your personal message glazed onto the reverse 
side.
The coat of arms image is glazed onto the china and is permanent. The finish is similar to your dinner service at home because the method used is the same. Mugs on other websites with coats of arms are sublimated, a method of printing using a heat press and sumlimation is not permanent.
We can’t guarantee the coffee will taste better, but the mug will be unique!
